It is my sincere belief that we all grow and change within the context of our relationships. Giving and experiencing love is our highest purpose in life. Relationships offer us the opportunity to grow into the person we are meant to be.
Due to our busy lifestyles, our family history, and a lack of relationship skills, it is easy to fall into patterns that do not lift our relationships to the level that we desire. Conflict and miscommunication often get in the way of our fullest experience of our relationship. We may feel like giving up.
As a military spouse for over 25 years, I am particularly interested in serving military families. Their unique struggles include the stress of frequent separations and relocations and the effects of combat on family members.
