Rates
$110.00 per 45 minute session
$200.00 per 90 minute session
$150.00 per hour for behavioral observations

$110.00 per hour for Letter/report writing

$2.00 minute for Email/Phone/Skype consultations*
              *you will NOT be charged for emails regarding scheduling issues

Divorce Counseling:  Frequently, the courts require counseling to occur during the process of divorce and custody cases.  Insurance can be utilized for these sessions, however additional costs may be incurred that are the responsibility of the parties involved.

            Letter to court - (Charged at regular rate) $110/hr
            Emails and Phone Calls regarding the case-  $110/hr
            Court Appearance - $1000 for 1st half day,  $1000 for every half  day thereafter

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.  Discounts available for services paid in advance:

     4 sessions prepaid = $350.00 

Payment
Cash, check, or credit card (Master card, Visa, Discover) are accepted for payment.  Payment is due at time of services.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
